A cozy lodge in a magical place. Hard to believe somewhere this beautiful really exsists. Our room was comfy and good for a short stay. The bathroom is a good size and the price is very good for what you get. We were only here for a night but very happy with our stay.
We stopped at Richmond House Hotel on a chilly evening, craving Chinese. The hot and sour soup and chowmein were exactly what we wanted—full of flavour and great value for money. Service was quick, and we loved the overall experience.
We had a wonderful stay at The Richmond House Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town, directly opposite the Loch Ness Caledonian Canal Cruises Centre, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The host was very kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. One of the standout features of the hotel is the Chinese restaurant attached to the property—the food was simply out of this world. Easily one of the best meals we've had on our trip. The hotel also offers free private parking, which was a big plus. Between the great hospitality, excellent location, and amazing food, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
Stayed in the accommodation. It very clean and well kept. Bed was very comfy. Although situated on the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. Restaurant below was delicious. Staff were friendly and service was always with a smile and a wave. Would highly recommend to travellers who is looking for a pit stop going into skye especially with the added bonus of not needing to hunt for a delicious meal.

It is an attractive old world charm offers a wonderful cosy with generous family atmosphere restaurant is steps away from your room offers and so many international food choices. Scottish drinks as well. It is close to Loch Ness cruises and walking distance to all Fort Augustus Scotland. Thank you to family owned hostess!
